I've always LOVED this movie, it had been a huge part of my childhood! I just catch the Nostalgia wave everytime I watch it!

so, this is my first OC for Disney's Treasure Planet for my future fanfiction in the making. The time is set right after the end of the first Treasure Planet movie where Jim has finally been accepted to the Interstellar academy. At the academy, he meets Claire. Persoality: a Serious and sensible, responsible young lady who knows very well to stay well away from trouble. Her seriousness has made her uptight at some times and quite posh. She is even more serious and sensible than her father and brother, who keep telling her to be a little less serious and have a little fun once in a while. Whenever her father is off duty, she is put in charge. Do not be fooled by her appearance, she may look very feminine and fragile, but this young lady is a fiery force to be reckoned with. Hanging around Jim has made her loosen up a bit. Make one comment about how a she is weak, she will respond to you in a sharp tonged manner to show her angriness. She speaks with a British accent. She is skilled in her navigation skills.  

Family:

Father: Sir Walton, A Captain of a navy fleet and the founder and owner of the Interstellar Academy.

Brother: William Walton, A fellow Cadet of the Interstellar Academy

Mother: Lilly Walton, the hardworking mother that always seems to hold the family together. She is always doing her best to support both her family.

Other info

- Her grandfather had escaped from one of Captain Flint's Raids years ago and was a sole survivor. Captain Flint had tried to steal his valuable and priceless pocket watch, which is now kept in my oc's pocket jacket.

- Claire's father is an old acquaintance of captain Amelia, which was how Jim got accepted into the Interstellar academy for his heroic actions because he was recommended to him by Amelia

- She wanted to take over her father's job when she is older, but much to her disappointment, her brother was in line to take over, even though he didn't want the position.

- She later falls in love with Jim, despite thinking that he was quite a reckless man before and wanted nothing to do with him. ( ok, I know how many mary sues and ocs out there are paired with him, but I just went with this idea because I thought it would suit the plot XP besides, I wanted to have a shot at an Oc paired with Jim too :3 )
