PERSONALITY: A logical thinker, self assured, Bookish, Naive at first, but then slowly grew out of this phase, slightly commanding, driven and headstrong

BIO: Penny was born a country girl, living in the rural areas just outside of Daten City. She had a simple and innocent life because throughout of her early childhood, she grew up far away from the ' tainted ' ( as what her parents called it ) that is in Daten City. Because she was living around the outside of Daten City, the ghost activity is far less than ghost activity within Daten. She has never actually seen a ghost until when she moved into the city and did not believe that they existed.

As Penny grew older, she studied biological science and physics, with her goals in being a doctor. It was around this time where her father had told her the news that an old family friend was murdered by a ghost, which traveled all the way from Daten City in a shape shifting disguise as oil in a truck which the friend was driving. The ghost broke out of the truck by heating itself up, causing the oil to combust and explode around the area, killing the family friend. That moment was a wake up call of how much evil that there is out in the world, far away from the cozy and innocent town she grew up in. It was after this that Penny learned to be tough and headstrong, if she was to move out from her town in the future and take on the crazy known as reality.

 Later on, she made entry into Medical school, where she chose to study forensic science. It was during her studies that an organization named The Daten City Secret Service recruited Penny, seeing potential in her. Seeing this as an opportunity to start and further a career on her own, she finally organized the things that she needed in order to move permanently to Daten City

Upon moving to Daten city, she was certainly surprised at how ' vulgar ' that some of it's residents could be. Along the way, looking for her new apartment, she was cat called, wolf whistled and almost hit on by men along the way outside of pubs... but it turned out that she braved the downtown area of the city, without even realizing she was crossing right through it until she made it to the end.

When Penny finally moved into her apartment, she got off the wrong foot with the apartment owner, a woman in her late 60s. Although after coming to an understanding and apologizing to her, they seemed to form a new friendship. At this point, Penny finally made it to her workplace at the Daten City Secret Service, which she was then put into training for a while.

Much later on, Penny attended a meeting where she was put to work with her first partner, Buck Suede. By this time she had already heard of Buck and his reputation in the organization, known to be a total superstitious nutcase, but has a heart that always seeks for the truth and righteousness. Because one of the superiors noticed that Agent Suede shown devotion into and true curiosity to a set of investigations named ' The GP-Files ' ( Ghost Paranormal Files ), Buck was then officially assigned  to Penny as his new partner and both are put under work of the GP-Files. 

When Penny and Buck are partners for quite a while, Panty and Stocking was still on earth at the time. The two had a brief encounter with them when they were out on a mission to investigate and observe a wanted ghost, with Panty and Stocking happen to be in the exact same place at the same time. When Panty say Buck, she was very close to jumping him, but Penny intimidated the angel and told her to back off. Panty taunted her, until she realized that Penny has feelings for Buck. Panty teased her even more and gave her some raunchy advice, from seduction, flirting to just Penny plain jumping on him and having her way with her partner. A mortified Penny denied any form of attraction towards her partner, but even Stocking commented that she could see right through her too. After that, the Angels quickly departed and that was the last they had seen of them. Although occasionally later on they would see them on TV or hear them on the radio.


EXTRA: 

- Penny and Buck are known as ' The shoe duo ' since Penny is named after Penny Loafers and Buck is named after a type of shoes called Suede Bucks

- Just like everyone else in the workplace, Penny sometimes refers to Buck by his nickname ' Bucky '

- Penny Loafers is a parody take inspired by the character Dana Scully from the well known 90s Television series ' The X-Files ' 

- Her Code name is ' Day ' while her partner's code name is ' Fox ' a reference to Dana Scully ( pronounced Day-nuh ) and Fox Mulder

- Penny doesn't like making bets, which some people in the workplace made the joke " Money can't buy our Penny! "

- She is referred to as Agent Loafers or Miss Loafers
