Weapons: artycomicfangirl.deviantart.co… An ancient Spanish vibranium pistol that had been pasted down for centuries from her Ancestors, which some of them were brave pirate captains. Her father had technologically modified and enhanced the gun to be able to shoot energy beams and access other tools with just the pressings of hidden buttons, dials and levers. The Origin of the pistol was said to be first found by one of her Ancestors, Fernando Martinez. Martinez was in the middle of a war with another pirate ship when a supersonic boom interrupted the battle. Martinez witnessed a huge ball of fire falling from the sky after the boom towards his Ship. The fire grew smaller and landed on his deck, revealing a pistol that was like what was used in the pirate era, but somehow had an other worldly quality to it. He figured out how to use the pistol and it helped him win many battles and was passed down to his male descendants as a miracle weapon. Centuries passed, Antonio Martinez was given this weapon by his dying father, saying that this was the weapon that kept the Martinez Line alive and was told to pass it down to his sons. When Antonio had a daughter but no sons, he decided to give the weapon to his daughter when she is older enough. It was believed that the pistol came from what seemed to be one of the most earliest UFO encounter and was made by extraterrestrial life researching human weapons.


History/Bio

Elvira Martinez is an American born girl of Spanish blood. When she was five, Elvira was eight, She was with her father and mother in a bank robbery. One of the criminals shot her mother when she refused to give money to the criminals and was killed. After the incident, she swore that she will do what it takes to help her father and anyone else to avoid similar incidents to that.

At school, Elvira was always asked strange questions from others about her forgotten history of her ancestors, which kind of overwhelmed her. She mostly spent her time alone in the library reading books about technology, which she started to have a growing fascination about the topic. She asked her father to teach her more about technology, which he was more than happy to teach his daughter his favorite subject. It took a long time for Elvira to understand this subject.

When Elvira got into high school, she became the person that people would turn to for advice and help, with most results proving successful. She worked in a community service club for others in need of help.

When Elvira graduated, she devoted her time to learning more about technology and helping people. As Elvira turned 22, she was presented the Vibranium Pistol from her father, who explained everything about it's origins and powers. Her father also modified the gun to her use, which was now more advanced in technological sense and is almost indestructible, but it took her a while to figure out all of the settings and buttons and how it worked. After a few weeks of being given the weapon, Elvira started to take helping people to the next level. She was walking to the shops when she bumped into criminals that had robbed a jewelry store and were running away from policemen. She shot an ice beam at the criminals, making them unable to move. After that, she starting defending and protecting people from harm, which got her name a few appearances on the news. Elvira met Pepper in one of her protection missions, with Pepper as a witness. With a few meetings and conversations, the two became close friends. It was through Pepper, that Elvira got to know the Avengers and Elise. Elvira sometimes comes over to help Pepper with her jobs or hangout with the Avengers team or the girls.

 Elvira inherited her skin tone and most of her physical appearance from her mother, but she got her eyes and her hair colour from her father.

Elvira seems relaxed around the same women and girls, but trying to make friends with the opposite gender is hard. She became friends with Pepper, Elise and Natasha before getting to know the guys.
